The Floor
Speaks For Itself.

From 140-ton stamping presses to 3-axis CNC machining centers and ourprecision surface grinders — Omaha Custom Manufacturing maintains a deep, continuously invested equipment portfolio so your project never hits a capability ceiling.

OUR MACHINES

Equipment
Portfolio

Our 60,000-square-foot production floor houses more than 45 pieces of active equipment spanning stamping presses, CNC machining centers, precision grinding, injection molding, metal fabrication, and turning. Every machine is maintained to manufacturer specifications with calibrated tooling and regular preventive maintenance intervals — because tolerance control starts with the equipment, not just the operator. When qualifying a supplier, what you see on this page is what actually exists on the floor.

EDM Equipment

Mitsubishi Sinker EDM

Our Sinker EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) systems submerge workpieces in dielectric fluid to precisely spark-erode high-hardness metals into complex 3D shapes and cavities. They allow us to produce intricate tooling, dies, and tight-tolerance molds that are impossible to execute with standard cutting tools.

Mitsubishi Wire Feed EDM

The Mitsubishi Wire EDM machine provides ultra-precise machining by using a continuously fed electrically charged wire to cut conductive materials. Capable of producing intricate shapes, sharp internal corners, and tight tolerances, it is ideal for manufacturing precision tooling, dies, molds, and high-accuracy production components.

Machining Equipment

Bridgeport Series I

The Bridgeport Series I is a precision manual milling machine used to machine custom parts, prototypes, and production components. Capable of milling, drilling, boring, and tapping, it provides the flexibility and accuracy needed for a wide range of machining applications.

Hurco VM10i

The Hurco VM10i is a high-precision CNC milling machine designed to produce complex parts with exceptional accuracy and consistency. Capable of milling, drilling, and tapping a variety of materials, it delivers reliable performance for prototypes, custom components, and production machining.

Yam 1000G

Our Sinker EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) systems submerge workpieces in dielectric fluid to precisely spark-erode high-hardness metals into complex 3D shapes and cavities. They allow us to produce intricate tooling, dies, and tight-tolerance molds that are impossible to execute with standard cutting tools.

Precision Surface Grinder

Our precision surface grinders utilize electro-magnetic chucks and targeted liquid coolant systems to achieve extremely high-accuracy flat surfaces on metal components. Designed for heavy-duty stock removal and fine surface finishing, they deliver ultra-tight tolerances and flawless smooth finishes.

Forming, Stamping & Molding

Accurpress hydraulic press brakes

The Accurpress 7-Series Hydraulic Press Brake provides reliable, high-tonnage sheet metal bending and precision angle forming. Featuring advanced backgauge positioning and rapid setup capabilities, it ensures consistent accuracy and clean bends across various material thicknesses and production volumes.

MARK-140-G2 140-Ton Stamping Press

The MARK-140-G2 140-Ton Stamping Press utilizes high-tonnage mechanical force to perform precision blanking, piercing, forming, and bending on sheet metal parts. Equipped with modern digital controls and automated safety systems, it ensures high-speed production and consistent part accuracy across high-volume runs.

Sumitomo
SH130C

The Sumitomo SH130C plastic injection molding machines use high-pressure hydraulic and electric systems to melt plastic resin and inject it into precision molds. They enable efficient, repeatable mass production of durable custom plastic components with tight tolerances.
